At Lange General Store we are committed to your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order to us within 21 days after receiving it for an exchange or a refund.


How To Return Merchandise

We have two easy ways that merchandise can be returned.


1) E-mail us at to make return arrangements.


2) Return or exchange your merchandise at our physical store location at 106 E. Main Street, Steelville, MO. Make sure to bring along your receipt.


Damaged Merchandise

If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, just refuse the order. Call us at 573-775-3111 and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.


If you open the shipment and it's damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Then call us at  573-775-3111 or e-mail us. We'll let you know what your next step needs to be.
