Uncle Bob’s Rib Rub works well on pork, chicken, beef brisket, burgers, and for that traditional "Low and Slow” for beef brisket, pork shoulders and beef and pork ribs.
This Rib Rub has become the go to blend for many home cooks and competition BBQ chefs. It's low sodium but very flavorful and works well in all cooking applications. So for those who brine, you need not be concerned with over salting. This blend is only 50mg sodium per serving. 11 oz.
